The price was really nice and the staff was pretty helpful. They even helped us open a bottle of wine! The location was also quite good, only about a 15-minute walk from the city center. Plus, we had access to our own bathroom, which was a nice added convenience.
The bed was a bit uncomfortable with some hard objects in it, but it was still manageable. the room was pretty small and faced a busy street, so it was quite noisy.

I recently stayed at Tripoli Palace in Bucharest for a short trip. The hotel is completely renovated and very clean. The staff was friendly and professional, and the breakfast was amazing. The room facilities were excellent, with a comfortable bed, good AC, and a small fridge. The location was safe, quiet, and not far from the old town. I had a great experience and would gladly stay here again.
Would recommend this hotel.

The staff at the reception were really nice and helpful, making my stay more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with key attractions and amenities within easy reach. the presence of a mirror in the room was a nice touch.
There were a few aspects of my stay that I was not happy about. The room I stayed in was quite small, which affected the overall comfort.

Free WiFi 24/7, friendly staff, and a restaurant onsite. Wow, what a luxury to have WiFi that actually works and a restaurant right downstairs! Such indulgence.
Oh, just the fact that I paid a small fortune to have my clothes washed and they couldn't even fold them properly. What a disappointment.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at Tripoli Palace. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was warm. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of hot water. I enjoyed the convenience of having a large beer in the fridge for only $2. The location, about a 10-minute walk from Piata Unirii, was perfect with lots of markets and even two nearby bars. I also had a friendly and helpful conversation with Ahmed at the front desk. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Close to the city center and tram/bus station. The staff was ok. We had a situation with the laundry service, where we were charged a much higher amount than expected. Despite their initial response, they eventually resolved the issue and apologized for the misunderstanding. I'll recommend this hotel.
